We're happy to announce that Firefly 3.2 is now publicly available for anyone to download. Your feedback has been essential in helping us improve the performance and features of Firefly during this period.
If you are currently running Firefly 3.2 beta, it will automatically update to the latest version. If you need to download the current version of Firefly, you can get it here:

What's new in Firefly 3.2?
- High Quality audio mode delivers Wide Band audio when calling compatible devices.
- A built-in Help Centre to guide you through the most common processes
- New dialling rules make Firefly even easier to use.
- Primary (SIP) and Secondary (IAX) connection modes make Firefly even more compatible with different network setups.
- Brand new look and feel with custom colours.
- Ability to have multiple calls in progress simultaneously
- New Call Handling including client-side Conference Calls and Call Transfer
- Enhanced Redirection, Timezone and Local Dialling Prefix control from the Firefly menu
- Advanced Echo Cancellation and Automatic Gain Control (AGC)

What is Firefly Beta?
Freshtel are constantly working to improve the products and services we offer you. As part of this we periodically release new versions of our software and hardware products.
We have a new version of Firefly coming out soon with some cool new features. We're offering you the opportunity to trial the software in a 'Beta' form so you can benefit from the upgraded version now.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us some feedback via the feedback link in Firefly so we can continue to improve our products.

How do I download Firefly Beta?
To download Firefly Beta, click the link above. You may be prompted to save the file to your computer – choose to do so. As it can be very easy to forget where you've put a downloaded file, select the Desktop from the Save in dropdown box, which is usually at the top of the download window.
How do I install Firefly Beta on to my computer?
- Once the download has completed, you may be given the choice to Open the download. Click Open to start the Firefly installer.
- If you are not given this choice, find your way back to the Desktop and double click the icon for firefly3.2-beta.exe
- Follow the prompts to install the Firefly software.
- Enter your Freshtel phone number and password when prompted. Check your email to receive your password.
- You are now ready to use Firefly!
